OUR SERVICES

What types of services do you offer?

We provide maintenance, minor repairs, upkeep and technical interventions (as requested), particularly in housing, shops and common areas.

Do you respond to emergencies?

Yes, subject to availability. In case of emergency (water damage, lock, critical breakdown, etc.), contact us immediately: we will guide you and schedule the fastest possible intervention.

Do you work for individuals and professionals?

Yes. We work with:

  • owners and tenants

  • real estate agencies

  • property managers / condominiums

  • shops and businesses

Do you also offer “multi-services”?

Yes. Our goal is to offer you a simple solution: a single point of contact to manage several small jobs and interventions.

AREA OF INTERVENTION

In which areas do you operate?

We operate primarily in Luxembourg, depending on the location and type of request.

Do you travel all over Luxembourg?

In most cases, yes. For certain areas or specific requests, a travel time/fee may apply.

Request for a quote & appointment scheduling

How do I request a quote?

You can :

  • fill out the form on our website

  • Contact us by phone / email

  • Send photos and a description of the problem.

Are quotes free?

Depending on the type of request. For simple requests, an estimate can be provided quickly. For more complex work, a site visit may be necessary.

What information is needed for a quick quote?

Ideally:

  • full address

  • description of the problem

  • photos/videos

  • access (floor, elevator, parking)

  • urgency or desired deadline

Pricing & Billing

How are your rates calculated?

Our rates depend in particular on:

  • type of intervention

  • time spent on site

  • necessary materials

  • the displacement

  • of the urgency (if applicable)

Do you charge for travel?

Depending on the area and the intervention. If a travel fee applies, it will be specified before the intervention.

Are the materials included?

Small supplies may be included depending on the service. Specific materials are billed separately and confirmed with you before purchase.

Do you offer packages for property managers / agencies / owners?

Yes. We can offer tailored packages (recurring interventions, follow-up, priorities, etc.) depending on the volume.

Timeframes & intervention

What are your response times?

We adapt to the urgency and our availability. Some repairs can be scheduled quickly, others require an appointment.

Do I need to be present during the procedure?

Not necessarily. If you wish, we can arrange access via:

  • key handover

  • key box

  • concierge / building manager

  • manager (with authorization)

Quality, guarantees & safety

Do you guarantee your services?

We work with seriousness and transparency. Depending on the type of intervention, a guarantee may apply (details provided on the quote/invoice).

Are you insured?

We work in a professional setting. If you wish, we can add the phrase "professional liability insurance" only if that is indeed your case.

Owners, rentals & remote management

I am the owner but I do not live on site: can you manage the interventions?

Yes. We can intervene, document (before/after photos) and send you a report.

Do you work with rental properties (short or long term)?

Yes. We intervene for restoration, maintenance and minor works, in coordination with the owner or manager.

Cancellation & Modifications

Can I change or cancel an appointment?

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the situation (travel already committed), fees may apply.
